The Mediator Release Test (MRT) is an excellent way to find out what foods may be contributing to any symptoms as well as maintaining your health. The other thing it will tell you is the foods you’re NOT reactive to, so you know what you can eat. Each set of results comes with a 66-page LEAP report that explains the results and includes the Dietary Care Program that helps you get the best results in the shortest time. The lab that runs the test, Oxford Biomedical Technologies, will ship the kit to you. Take the kit to a blood draw location. See www.nowleap.com/draw-locator for blood draw options. You don’t have to get your blood drawn at one of these locations if you have another option. Everything needed for the draw is included. You’re responsible for the blood draw fee. Once your blood is drawn, the kit is shipped back to Oxford. An overnight prepaid FedEX mailer is included with the kit. Results are shipped back to you with the LEAP report in 10 to 14 business days.

Within 30 days: If you have received the kit and been charged for it, contact Tree of Life for a refund if you desire one. There is no need to return the kit. There is a $15 restocking fee.
Beyond 30 days, 50% refund is available. Contact Tree of Life.
Once the kit has been received for processing at the lab, no refunds are available. If there has been an error in processing the specimen, a new kit will be shipped to you free of charge. Oxford is not responsible for weather delays, acts of God, or blood that has been mishandled. In all of these instances, a refund for payment excluding the blood draw fee, is available under the timeframes mentioned above.
Results are not released without payment.
Shipping to you and overnight shipping back to the lab is included in the price. A pre-paid overnight shipper is included with the kit. After the blood draw, the kit may be left with the blood draw lab for shipping, or must be taken to a Fed Ex store (not a drop box). You may also call Fed Ex for a pickup at your home or workplace by calling the number on the outside of the shipper. Shipping of results back to you is also included.
