Thank you for the prompt response. Brady is doing well and no longer having symptoms. His eczema is completely gone. We will continue to eliminate until 3 months to make sure things are fully healed. Thank you!

Hi Jill,
I have also been on Mounjaro for 8 weeks, about 4 weeks before the LEAP protocol, per my endocrinologist’s directive. I had reached entry level diabetes and now have lost 23 lbs so far, most of that since starting LEAP.

The glow is attributable to you, however. The doctors are hoping to reduce or eliminate my meds. I’m halfway to my weight loss goal. It is so much easier to avoid foods that you know are harmful to you.

Hey Jill,
Hope you are well. I appreciate all your help with the MRT. We are still in the process. It’s been amazing to see our son’s gut inflammation go down a lot since we eliminated the sensitive foods and he is saying more words and with better pronunciation. I think we all have seen progress in our own ways, less headaches, more focus, happier guts etc. Anyways looking forward to seeing the continued progress for us all as our bodies continue to heal. Thanks for helping us on this journey.

Hello Jill,
You helped my son do the MRT test in October 2024. Jacob is now showing improvements. He is in remission for his Eosinophilic Esophagitis and his ulcerative colitis (via biopsies). The doctor took him off of his budesonide for EoE today!

Good Morning Jill,
I want to follow up with you on my progress and experience so far with the LEAP diet. My quality of life has vastly improved since I began in late May. The 30+ pounds I have lost have stayed off despite my eating enough food to be satisfied. My symptoms of IBS are under control and I feel better overall. Just recently I shared your contact information with one of my doctors because he was impressed by what you are doing with people like me.

Hello Jill,
I just wanted to share that I had another scope/biopsy a week ago. I just got my results today and I went from 57 to 0. I’m in total remission from EOE. I can’t thank you enough for your help in my diet and getting the lab work done.

Hi Jill,
Thank you so much! With the changes I’ve made due to the MRT results and LEAP protocol, I feel so much better! My sinuses are finally clear and I can breathe. Amazing. Who would have thought some of the foods listed would cause me problems. They would probably have been some of the last foods I would have suspected.

Hi Jill,
Just an update for you. I think I figured out what was bothering me. I liked drinking some chai tea and when I started trying it again after a month, I began noticing my knees hurting me for a few days after and then it would go away and if I drink the chai again it would come back. Chai has nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and they naturally contain some benzoic acid, which, according to the MRT results, I’m reactive to!

I stopped the chai am avoiding cinnamon, berries, and the list of foods that you sent me that naturally contained benzoic acid. When I do that, my knee stopped hurting me and I seem to be doing pretty good! It seems like I’m just extremely sensitive to benzoic acid. Thanks for your help!
